SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on all order within the continental US

• Orders of $149.99 or less will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. In certain cases, it may require a signature confirmation. 
• Orders over $150 will be shipped via USPS Priority
• All orders over $250 will require a signature

Customers have the option to select USPS Priority or Priority Express at an additional charge on any order.

Please allow one business day for handling on domestic orders.  

International Orders

We can ship internationally, but please allow 3 extra days for handling. Botan Nutrition is not responsible for orders held at international customs at the country of destination. 

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your Botan products, we'd like to hear from you.

If products are unopened and in orginal saleable condition, you may return them for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned product being received by Botan Nutrition, LLC. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the return.  

If products are opened or used, partial refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
