Most first-time buyers start with the 500mg. If you already know your amount is above 25 mg, start at 1,500mg.

Natural has no added flavor at all — what you taste is the hemp itself, which is grassy and a little bitter. That depends on your amount, and the arithmetic is simple: the 500mg bottle holds 500 mg of CBD in total and the 1,500mg bottle holds 1,500 mg. At 25 mg a day that is 20 days from the 500mg bottle and 60 days from the 1,500mg.

Cap on, upright, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight — a cupboard or a drawer is fine. It does not need refrigeration. Keep it up and out of reach of children and pets, the same as any supplement.
